SIMON C. LIPTON
Founder and President
Simon C. Lipton is President and Founder of Monopoly Real Estate Group which was formed in 1987. He has over quarter century of real estate experience: acquiring, assembling, planning, syndicating, building, brokering, and marketing residential development projects and commercial properties throughout Florida. Over the years, Mr. Lipton has helped realize over $900 million worth of complicated real estate transactions, consisting of many of Florida’s most successful communities, most notably: The Polo Club of Boca Raton, Polo Trace & Monarch Lakes. Additionally, Mr. Lipton has helped acquire and sell: hotels, office buildings and other commercial properties.
Mr. Lipton’s experience includes operating divisions of public companies, as well as international business operations, fashion design, marketing, licensing, importing and exporting. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Mr. Lipton was an executive with several leading designer apparel companies in New York. Most notably: Diane Von Furstenberg (Vice President Sales) and Tahari (Executive Vice President). Additionally, Mr. Lipton was the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Dynasty Apparel (Frank Masandrea) operating in New York City and Hong Kong.
Mr. Lipton is a graduate of The State University of New York at Stony Brook class of 1976. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker
